- If you purchase any pre-order product, your order will go into the system and will be dispatched automatically as soon as it arrives into our warehouse. You will receive a confirmation email with all information for your order.
- If you purchased a product that is on backorder, you will receive notification via email and it will be dispatched automatically as soon as it’s in stock in our warehouse.
- $10.00 standard postage per towel is offered on all Australian orders.
- Express post is also available for an additional cost of $15.00. (This is available when you checkout).
- All orders are non insured and we do not warrant lost parcels.
- Once items have left the warehouse and shipped, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to liaise with Australia Post if any products are missing or damaged during transit. There will be no refunds or replacements for any products missing or damaged in transit.
- International Orders are available. We ship to any country in the world with a flat cost of $60.
- Due to the COVID-19 pandemic there are uncontrollable delays with Australia Post. Please be advised we will do our best to keep orders running as smooth as possible
- Australia Post Standard Postage can take up to 2 – 7 business days to arrive depending on your delivery location.
- Australia Post Express Post can take up to 1 – 3 business days to arrive depending on your delivery location.Note: Any order that is placed before 2pm Monday-Friday will be finalised and dispatched on the same day. Any order after 2pm will be posted the following business day.
