Can you tell me more about the quality of Beach Bella Towels?

Beach Bella provides high quality and self indulgent products. We pride ourselves on providing more than just a beach towel. All our Bella’s use these products as beach or yoga towels, throws, picnic rugs, blankets, home décor pieces etc. We have hand designed our towels and worked hard with our manufacturer to create a high quality and luxurious product that will withstand most of life’s conditions while maintaining its unique beauty. We use 100% High GSM Cotton Terry which allows our towels to be soft, thick and strong.

 

How do I take care of my towel?

Our towels are a luxurious premium product that is made of 100% cotton terry. We have hand designed our towels and worked hard with our manufacturer to be strong, versatile and withstand harsh conditions whilst your being sun-kissed. Just like your body, we suggest you love it and look after it. You’re able to wash your towel by hand or in a warm gentle machine wash. Please avoid any nasty chemicals such as bleach or dyes. Do not tumble dry or dry clean, please dry flat or on the line.

 

How can I pay for my order?

You can pay for your order via credit card or by Paypal. Paypal includes all credit card, suitable debit cards and bank deposit payments.

 

Do you provide refund or exchange?

We exchange faulty items however do not refund purchases. Find more information about this on our T&C Page.

 

Does the price of my order include GST?

If you’re in Australia, your item automatically includes 10% GST.

 

I’m purchasing from outside of Australia, how much will it cost to post my towel?

We ship worldwide! To order internationally please use International Shipping during your order checkout. The shipping and handling charge is $49.95

 

My towel has not arrived yet and I ordered it a while ago, where is it?

If you chose Regular Postage, it is important that you contact Australia Post regarding your order. We will also do our best to find out where it is. You can check the status of your Express Post delivery using the tracking number provided to you via email when your item was dispatched. Please contact the postal service if you need more details on your items whereabouts. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic there are uncontrollable delays with Australia Post. Please be advised we will do our best to keep orders running as smooth as possible. Find more information about postage on our shipping page.
